Using insurance
Phoenix Counseling accepts Aetna for eligible clients located in Connecticut. Deductibles, copays, authorization requirements, and telehealth benefits vary by plan.
Phoenix Counseling works directly with HUSKY Health for eligible Connecticut clients. Eligibility and coverage must be confirmed before treatment begins.
Phoenix may be available through certain third-party or employer-sponsored platforms. A directory listing, referral, or insurance card does not guarantee that services will be covered.
A superbill may be provided for you to submit to your insurer. Reimbursement depends on your plan, and Phoenix Counseling cannot guarantee that a claim will be paid.
Payment & cancellations
A payment card is kept securely on file and charged on the date of service. Any insurance estimate is not a guarantee of final coverage.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be charged the $175 late-cancellation/no-show fee. Insurance does not cover this fee.
